We want to personally reach out and let you know that we are vigilantly implementing enhanced
protocols to ensure your safety with this COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak. Amidst all the concerns and worries, we would like to assure you that your health is our top priority.
We are closely monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control regarding the spread of the virus. Our focus is to ensure that we meet all of our patients’ needs while doing our part to keep you, our employees, and our community safe.
Here are some of the things that we have been doing and plan to do to ensure everyone’s safety:
Our office has always practiced universal precautions required by OSHA and the CDC in the sterilization of our instruments used during patient care, on top of making sure that all clinicians, Dr. Vazquez and Ariana, use protective gear such as masks, gloves, and eye shields.
In addition to this, we have enhanced and added frequency in cleaning our waiting area and bathroom (please feel free to use the disinfecting wipes that are available).
We are paying special attention in particular to all patient touchpoints such as clipboards, pens, hand mirrors, faucets, toilets, doorknobs, and other hard surfaces.
We are also cleaning our facilities frequently with recommended sanitizing products.
We are removing the books and crayons for the children’s use from the waiting area until further notice.
We are also taking steps to ensure the welfare of our employees which includes instructing employees who feel ill to stay home and consult their healthcare providers. We are also urging all employees to be vigilant about frequent hand washing.
We want to assure you that we are continuously reviewing the latest recommendations from the CDC concerning the Corona/COVID-19 virus.
During this challenging time, we ask everyone to be patient and responsible. If you suspect that you or your family members are sick, please seek medical care. For any questions and concerns please call us at 847-805-8229. Your safety is our highest priority and we truly appreciate the trust that you have given our team.
If you have an existing appointment, we look forward to seeing you and want to reassure you that we
are doing everything we can to promote a safe and secure environment for everyone. If you need to
change an appointment, we do request that you let us know in advance, if possible two days before your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment, please know that we are waiving any cancellation fees for any Coronavirus-related cases.
Yours, The Vazquez Dental Team
I Tracked Dr. Vazquez Down because I wanted a Dentist I could fully trust.
Some years ago, while he was helping out another dental office, and he saved a tooth that another dentist had told me MUST Be Pulled. He successfully salvaged the work.
HE also gave me unmatched care, as I have never before received.
Currently need some serious dental work, I wanted someone I could trust, so I tracked him down.
I drive an hour each way to see him. I see him because, besides great dental work, he provides things money can not buy.
Moral Value, of giving his patients the finest care and treatment as reasonable prices, and looking to meet your personal needs and treatment, doing all he can to salvage existing teeth and dental work, so that you are getting the best value and care.
I highly recommend anyone to Dr. Vazquez, but especially if you have serious dental work to do, as he can be trusted to do the right thing for you.
